Sonima started her career as an HR professional at Ruby Software. As an HR partner she drives leaders to believe in people power and employees to believe in leadership power.She pursued her MBA-HR from Sree Narayana Gurukulam Collge of Engineering,Cochin.

She is handling all the preliminary functions of Human Resources like Talent Acquisition , Learning & Development, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, HRIS, HR Communication, Organizational Development, HR operations, Vendor management, Coordinating with Administration and Finance department, Volunteering conferences and seminars. She is passionate in Arts and sports, hence initiating to conduct Arts, sports and cultural events at Ruby Software. She is good in people management and working with the entire Ruby team to create a good work culture, make the resources of Ruby to follow the Ruby policies and hence lead the entire team to meet Vision and Mission of Ruby Software.
